Do you require reservations?                                   

We recommend advance reservations in order to reserve your first choice of lawn displays. Next day service is available pending availability.  

An additional fee of $10 will be added for rush orders placed within 24 hours of delivery.

Do you deliver in bad weather?                                              

 We do our best to deliver in any weather. However, we do reserve the right to reschedule the delivery if we feel the person making the delivery would be in danger or if the weather is such that it could cause damage to our signs.

What is your "service area"?                                                 Yard Celebrations offers free delivery to addresses within the Ascension and Baton Rouge area. A delivery charge will be added for delivery sites more than 30 miles away from Prairieville, Louisiana.

 There will be a charge of $20 plus $1 per mile over 30 miles. Service is available to Livingston, West Baton Rouge, East Feliciana and  Pointe Coupee parishes as well as the Plaquemine area. We do offer a do-it-yourself package for customers outside of our free delivery service area.

Do you deliver to apartments, townhouses or business offices?      

 Yes,  as long as there is grassy area for display and permission has been granted. Please call the property management company or business owner for approval before delivery. Yard greetings are great attention-grabbers for new businesses!

Do you give refunds?                       

You will receive a refund of your rental fee if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance.  If we have already designed your personalized keepsake plaque, you will be charged $20 for the plaque and delivery.               

 You will not receive a refund if you give incorrect address information, if the homeowner/gatekeeper refuses to allow us to put the signs up or an animal prevents us from delivery.

Are we allowed to keep any part of the display?                              This is a rental display only. However, flamingo flocking recipients do receive a small gift bag and custom letter to remind them of their own special day. All rentals have an option of purchasing a customized sign or plaque to complement the yard display. Lost, missing or damaged material will be charged to the sender.

What forms of Payment do you Accept?                             We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

When is Payment Due?                                                                        Payment is required when you call to place your order.  A reservation cannot be held without payment with a valid credit card.
